The Flagship Tokyo Coffee Tour
The Flagship Senju Route is not a standard sightseeing walk; it is a meticulously paced, sensory-rich masterclass. We explore how a 400-year-old Edo-period post town transformed into a modern mecca for artisan roasting, highlighting the survival of historic architecture and the thermal dynamics of Japanese "heavy iron."
What your all-inclusive ticket guarantees:
(To protect the intimate, uncrowded atmosphere of our independent roastery partners, we do not publish our exact route map online.)
Three Masterclass Tastings: Experience a curated flight of coffee, ranging from the bright, fruit-forward profiles of modern Third-Wave artisans to the deep, smoky analog roasts of a preserved Showa-era kissaten.
Locally Sourced Pairings: Hand-selected cafe fare and light snacks to perfectly complement the roast profiles and sustain your energy. (Note: Please put your wallet away. Once the tour begins, all food and drink are covered).
Guided Historical Walk: 180 minutes of deeply researched, educator-led storytelling connecting Edo-era street layouts to modern business practices.
The Digital Companion: Access to exclusive digital visual aids, historic maps, and architectural diagrams during the walk to bring history to life.
