For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in these Terms and Conditions) refers to Tokyo Coffee Tours (Sean Wood), Adachi City, Tokyo.
Country refers to: Japan
Service refers to the Website and the guided tour experiences provided by the Company.
Goods refer to the tour bookings or physical items offered for sale on the Service.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") means these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. By booking an experience, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
Placing Orders for Goods & Services
Order Cancellation & The Rain Protocol
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: Goods availability, errors in description, or suspected fraud.
The Rain Protocol (Weather Policy): Tours operate in rain or shine. Guests are encouraged to bring appropriate attire (umbrellas/raincoats). In the event of extreme weather (e.g., Typhoon warnings or heavy snow) where Tokyo public transit is significantly disrupted, Tokyo Coffee Tours reserves the right to cancel for safety. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Your Order Cancellation Rights & No-Show Policy
Any booking you purchase can only be cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Cancellations & Pacing: To maintain our Omotenashi standard and respect our independent roasting partners, all bookings are final. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Guests arriving more than 5 minutes late to the designated meeting point may be unable to join the group as the tour follows a rigid sensory timeline to ensure optimal bean freshness at each stop.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (including the "Kamawanu" rebus explanations, historical narratives, and route designs), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Limitation of Liability
Assumption of Risk
Liability Waiver: By booking, guests acknowledge that the Flagship Senju Route involves walking through historic Edo-period street layouts, narrow alleyways, and active industrial roasting facilities. Guests assume all risks associated with urban walking (including uneven pavement) and the sensory environment of a roastery (including heat, mechanical noise, and intense aromas). Tokyo Coffee Tours is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or clothing stains resulting from the standard operations of the cafes visited or the navigation of public streets.
General Limitation
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
Governing Law
The laws of Japan, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.
